请问8老师及各位老师， 我是加拿大公民,TN签证在美国工作， 今年刚抽到H1B. 今年要多次往返美国和加拿大。想在返回美国的时候在机场由TN换H1B, 但有人说必须要到大使馆面试才能换签证。不知道哪个对， 如果在机场换不了，最坏的结果是什么？是不是最好在美国境内换成H1B, 然后再回加拿大。先谢过。

-Your employer needs to file I-129 for H-1B petition (this is different from TN) no matter you are in US or in Canada, then you can use the H-1B Approval Notice to get the H-1B I-94 at the port of entry to enter US, not need to get the H-1B visa in the US Consualte in Canada. Read my response to your previous post a couple of days ago.

Talk to your employer or lawyer for the H-1B petition.
