Rental Property LLC

各位大小地主，

本人担心出租房会有不可预测的liability.

听说把出租房放到LLC里面会避免这种风险。

本人在colorado. 看到网上注册的步骤如下

  1. Name Your Colorado LLC.
  2. Choose a Registered Agent.
  3. File the Articles of Organization.
  4. Create an Operating Agreement.
  5. Get an EIN.

请问3和4怎么操作？
