请教Annuity 的问题？

最近在看Annuity， 其中一个是在55岁时一次交USD$100K， 正常情况下，66岁开始拿benefit，66岁每年可以拿~$27K， 然后每年增长， 75岁可以拿到~$80K, 80岁可以拿到~$120K. 这样的annuity靠谱吗？
