a few scattered 2-3mm pulmonary nodules are indentified. There is no dominant or otherwise suspicious pulmonary nodule. The lungs are otherwise clear. No pleural effusion. Incidental accessory left minor fissure is noted. The large central airways are patient
the heart is normal size. No pericardial effusion. The aorta and main pulmonary artery are normal caliber. No lymphadenopathy. Homogeneous thyroid. Incomplely imaged.

There is a 1.3*1.1Cm hypodense 40HU lesion in the posterior right hepatic love, previously 0.9*0.8upper abdomen otherwise unremarkable.
No aggressive lytic or blastic osseous lesions

doctor recommends MRI for further characterization, then biopsy if still suspicious on MRI

约了下周开始化疗，要停掉吗？需要二次手术切除suspicious lesions?
