我干脆把它去掉了。
楼上几位回答的没搞清楚问题，不是bushing防尘套，而是slide pin 顶端的小橡胶圈。
it has to do with lead pin and trailing pin and the vibration/chatter absorption of the rubber is on the trailing pin.
