Really? Dealer saying there is no Oil at all in engine?

It could be just the oil dip stiker didn't show any oil as its level was too low, but there should be some at the oil pan bottom. otherwise, engine won't even operate.

this is really an extreme example we  need to know, just a little bit at least, how car is and how to maintain it
