It will be charged to 100%. But the power

won't be available at 100%. The sulfate cystals will build up on the lead plates inside your battery, thus increase internal resisistance.

If I were you, I would ask a neighor or a friend to jump start your car. You can drive around for a half of an hour. That should do it.
