这本书简直就是对付职场霸凌的Bible。 该书从法律, 社会学, 心理学,和人力资源管理的多个角度剖析了职场霸凌存在的原因, 并详细地列举了受害者如何保护自己的具体措施( 从法律和社会家庭的角度)。
This book is so compelling that I finish reading it in two days. 书中的一个观点, 职场霸凌是 "emotional abuse" and "game of control" . I totally agree with the authors' insightful perspective. Every single word in this book rings a bell to me. This book is written with easy-to-understand language.

In terms of my case, 我没有屈服bully,在一位网友的unwavering 鼓励和支持下, 我终于选择了反抗。 I am so glad that I did fight. It is an uphill battle, but I have never felt a single regret of what I did to reclaim my dignity and mental sanity.
