I lived in Hamliton Bay on Quincy Shore Drive (165/175/185) in Quincy 3 yrs ago, 2bd/2bath was around $1675. There are tons of cheap housing in Quincy and commute (red line) is also quite convenient. Not sure why u want to live in framingham, too far away from Boston - the commute cost is too high
