重装就是进入OBI Account， delete device and follow the step add it back

我猜可能是你说的问题。因为每次delete the device and add it back, the device is working fine but sooner or later, it can only call out, no coming calls is in. 我再进去试试把自动升级取消后的效果，回来再汇报。
