如果说苹果店没问题， 家里有问题， 不应该是软件或硬件的问题， 更像你网络的问题，尽管你have tried both routers,  it won't eliminate the  possiblity of your own Wifi configuration issue, higly recommend you should take your laptop to somewhere, like friend's house or starbuck to test it out.

Also, it may not be a bad idea to get an adpater for  USB to Ethernet,  wire is always better than wireless
