菜鸟又有新问题，printer settings greyed out in Remote Desktop Connection

我从家里远程登录，在公司的电脑上工作，今天遇到问题，说是家里的打印机，可能要 “ change the port assignment from the windows printer settings” or “ reinstall the printer driver software”
我试着从装了driver，不管用，去改settings，发现greyed out了，根本不让改
怎么办！怎么办？在线急等....
