似乎是这样：

用Bluetooth "Link2Cell" 打出，Google Voice 连着的手机一定要有cellular phone plan，dialer 要设定默认用Google Voice 拨出，但我忘了怎么才能让dialer 默认用Google Voice拨出。

没有cellular plan的手机无法拨出。

我在Amazon Fire HD pad 上的Google Voice upgrade到最新版本后就不能接受Google Voice call，拨出没问题。没法用Bluetoothe "Link2Cell"。其他 tablet 也许能用，但我手上目前没有。
