Computer became very slow after not using for 2 years.

Can not type chinese in this computer so please bear with me. I have an old Dell mobile workstation that i have not used for 2 years.  Recently would like to use it for some work but surprisingly it is really slow. I re-installed windows 10 and it did not make any difference. I then checked the hardware with Crystal Mark and below is the results.  The score for CPU single is rather low.  I know it is an old laptop but the score is much lower than I had expected. The computer did not run slow like this 2 years ago. What could have happened to my laptop that makes it run so slow?
