不能搞site to site VPN
看了一下去年的情况，IPSec 坚持到底，PPTP 活了30天
Windows和Android的选L2TP(IKEv2)/IPsec PSK or Pre-Shared Key
不知道为什么，ASUS router VPN，我选 PSK 在 android and windows 上都不行
