55555.... missed our flight to Egypt

We got to the check-in counter 50 minutes before the flight, in LAX, but they would NOT let us on. :( Sooooooooooo sad. They told us the wrong terminal to go. We even called Northwest to confirm the terminal and gate but they told us the wrong terminal! There were 15 more people being refused to board, and everyone was so mad....
