谢谢大家聚在一起，简单说一下房坛规则。

没有规则，我可不敢假虎假威啊！只说说注意事项。

没有付费的广告帖会删除，其他都可以忍受。

以房地产投资话题为主，股市以及各种投资和房地产的对比也可以谈，专门的股票问题就不必了，已经有两个坛子可以任意行走。

其他各类话题为辅，包括养生推娃，往事回顾，旅途见闻，风流韵事，人生感悟，舞文弄墨，等等等等。淘粪之余，来些调剂。

探讨和争论很正常，不要人身攻击。尽量少谈时政，因为时政不会有共识，多是口水仗。

好啦就这样，诉苦抱怨和分享成果，可以开始了，也希望能提出各种建议，比如定期不定期的专门话题讨论，祝大家一起发财。
