Heat Pump verse HAVC, 牌子和价位合适吗？

实在太忙，只有一个quote；求建议。

Dallas rental home 5bed/3 bath; 2 story；2600 Sq Ft； built in 2003. No gas，so may have to stick with Heat Pump; otherwise the electricity bill will be too high for Tenant. 

目前是原始的Heatpump；制热有问题，准备换。

Trane 15 seer $ 7000 or Ameristar 14 seer $6500.

二月份，刚刚用过这个subcontrator:
3.5 Ton and 5 ton Trane HAVC 15 seers
gas furnace systems.

condenser
Plenum *4
Disconnect, whip
Float switch
Settlement traps for the gas
New thermostats
Dripping pan
10 year parts 2 year labor
Total $13000
