请问房客自己要upgrade卫生间的vanity应该没什么隐患吧

房客过的比较精致，搬进来以后自己touch up了墙上的油漆，还要在后院游泳池旁边装个凉亭，这些我都同意了。今天又text 我问okay不okay他们upgrade the vanity in guest bathroom. 说以后他们搬走的话vanity 会留下的。还给了个照片。他没说谁出钱，但我觉得应该是他们出钱的意思吧。原话是are you okay with us upgrading the vanity in the guest bathroom. This obviously would be left as is when we move.

我觉得没关系，打算说okay. 房客一直交租及时，说话礼貌，目前看是好房客。不想把关系弄坏。
