也不能说没有landlord Insurance

常见的Insurance中DP3是为有出租房的人（也就是地主）买的；HO3才是自住房的。

我的疑问是，假定下面两种情况：

1）A是房主，A买地主险，至少保房子和Liability； B租A的房子做生意，估计B就应该是你说的Business Owner险

2）B和A是同一个人，那当然应该买Business Owner险，那还需要地主险吗？或者说，Business Owner的General Liability 能Cover房产的Liability吗？因为ChatGPT说：
