Resetting circuit breaker. Brand Carrier

HVAC Sytem has safety feature. When exhaust is not good enough, the system would wait a few minutes to restart. I think it is 3 attempts. The system would shut down and won't start again on itself when 3 failed attempts. Once I reset circuit breaker, everything works again. Perhaps a few times per season. Not that big deal but it is now perhaps once a few days. Not tolerable any more to tenants.
