谢谢大家的回复，再问这种fence偏离小半尺在卖房时影响多大

我问了city building and land use enforcement, 他们不介入地界问题，需要自己找land survey，我问了大约$2,800。但他们只负责找地界，并不能解决fence问题，还是要去法庭。这个Encroachment并没有记录到title上面，title insurance也不负责。
