如何知道QQQ重新反回上升趋势

Very Simple, we need QQQ to "close" above this blue trendline that we draw since last Monday, and stay above it for 1-2 more days.

So far, each time QQQ bounce, it is rejected right around this trendline (including today). Rejection does not mean QQQ will turn south and start downtrend, it just means Bulls and Bears are fighting hard.

Hopefully, we will see a clear direction after election outcome
