我朋友去年拿到H1，已经change status,最近要回国。想去加拿大 签证

。他本科和研究生都是会计，后来又上了一个mba,用day1 Cpt 工作，每周去学校

上课一天。

您认为去加拿大签证有没有问题？

-Check the US Consulate in Canada to see whether they accept visa applicant for a third country national like your friend there.

By the way, if your firend's visa application is denied there, he/she cannot return to US from Canada directly, and have to go back to China to apply for a visa to come back to US.
