持H1B1签证在美国工作，如果被解雇了，在60天宽限期找到了新工作需要回国重新申请签证，那么配偶H4需要一起回国重新申请吗？

-Not need. Both of you (H-1 and H-4 holders) do not need to go back to China to get the H-1/H-4 visa if the H-1 holder find a job within the grace period and do the  H-1 transfer. Your H-4 status also has the same grace period as your spouse's H-1 status. Once your spouse (H-1 holder) find a new job and do the H-1 transfer, your H-4 status will continue to be valid automatically. But you had better do the H-4 extension together with your spouse H-1 transfer though it is not necessary.
