请问申请H1b transfer 会有风险吗？

H1在pending 的时候就可以去新公司吗？还是必须等H1批下来了才能去新公司?-Depends on whether the old H-1 I-94 expires or not. -If the old H-1 I-94 expired, don't do H-1 transfer and have to wait for the pending H-1 is approval.

如果 被拒了，我们就不能呆美国等绿卡了吗？是不是就必须出境呢？-Not need. You can still stay in US during I-485 pending and apply for EAD to work.
