我想知道我是不是需要要帮我妻子办h-4签证。 她是加拿大公民， 可以不用签证来美国呆几个月。听说提交1-485时必须呆在美国， 递交i-485，有没有身份限制？
-She does not need to have H4 status, and the tourist status is fine. But she had better wait for about 3 months to file I-485 after she enters US using her Canadian passport.
