受疫情影响，配偶H1B延期在单位迟迟没有上交（staff 不上班），八?????份就到期了，现在不能PP, 审批时间长，我的H4延期及H4EAD要是到时下不来的话，就不能上班了。可否出境，然后返回时一起签H1和H4，这样快些？

-If your spouse H-1 and your H-4 I-94 will expire soon, your spouse's employer must file I-129 for H-1 extension and you can file I-539 for H-4 extension and I- 765 to apply for H4 EAD at the same time. Both of you cannot go outside US to get the H-1/H-4 visa to come back unless your spouse has a new approved H-1 approval notice.

After filing H-1 extension to USCIS, your spouse can continue to work for the employer (not need to wait for the H-1 approval to work). But you have to get the new approved EAD to work after your old EAD expires.
