朋友是加拿大公民，打算1月回美工作，请问是否受Proclamation on Suspension of Entry 影响？谢谢！
-I think so. But if he/she is in Canada currently, he/she may try to enter US to see whether the IO at the port of entry may make a compromise to allow him/her to come back. If he/she is in US now, he/she had better not travel outside US until April.
