I got myself cured by petroleum jelly

Five years ago I had my third and last child. Pregancy causes constipation, you know.

But I discovered the petroleum jelly secret from my second pregnancy three years before this one and installed a simple bidet with cold water line connected to it. Whenever I feel difficult deficate, take out the jelly and a roll of toilet paper, use the index finger with jelly. Don't wait till the problem gets worse. Use it immediately. Viola, problem solved, it works every time.  So eat, drink and poop, keep calm and live on.

The manager I worked before at a restaurant has the same problem, she eats too much greasy food from the chain. She does the same, still, one day there was a need to seek medical care. Doctor got the colon cleansed for her because the blockage was too massive. I bet she didn't start using the jelly as soon as there's an issue. So if you value your life, mate, use the jelly right away whenever there's a plumbing issue down south!
