I have a valid H1B visa with multiple entry until 2009 (because I am Canadian green card holder), and I have AP too and I-485 pending. Now want to go back to China for 2 week vacation. But when I am back, which one should I use, my multiple entry H1B or AP?

Some people suggested me to use H1B, because once using AP my H1B will be suspended?

Also, do I need to ask my lawyer to get the original I-485 recpeit note?
