10/31/06 update Current Status: Fingerprints review completed.
3/15/07 Transfer TSC
5/14/07 2nd fingerprint code 1, no update on internet
6/30/07 Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.
7/5/07 Update
8/31/07 update—due to status inquiry
11/5/07 approval

6/1/07 VB current call TSC, told NC pending
Infopass told NC pending, begin long journey to fight for NC

6/07-10/07 Write To FL 5- times, FBI reply in Sep, told NC pending
Contact 2 Senators & by phone or fax 3 times—told NC pending, can not do any thing except inquiry
Congressman ---call & Fax, no response from FBI in 2.5 months
Email FBI 6 times, fax FBI once------NO reply
Filed FOIPA, reply in 1.5 months, told clear in main files.
Forward FOIPA to Senators and Congressman, FL, FBI directors
Inquiry USCIS every 45-60days, told NC pending
Ask boss to write to FL, FBI directors in Sep.

Call USCIS on 10/30, told NC cleared—unexpected.
Submitted inquiry to National CIS on 10/30
Ask congressman to inquiry about case status.
11/5 approval

It is a long way, here is some experience:

1.Check your Name check status as early as possible by POJ method to call TSC or NSC or infopass, if I knew it earlier, I will get all done earlier.

2.Write to FL and FBI directors with certified mail, keep receipt. Only FBI reply is to FL’s certified mail.

3.Keep contact with local senators or congressman and notice them every progress

4.FOIPA request might be helpful

5.Ask your boss to write to FL and FBI might be helpful

6.Contact all these politicians frequently. eg., you can write to FL and FBI directors frequently with certified mail.

7.Last, but not least, pray to God with all your heart.
