I was laid off and have no job right now, so I haven't start using EAD yet. Since my status is 485 pending, I'm still legal to stay in US. Can I go back to China and come back with AP, then find another job with EAD?

Assume 485 adjudication won't start soon (485 filed in Aug. 07)
