According to your chart, when the retrogression date starts to move, it moves fast. About 6 month, it moved 3.5 yrs from May 2000 to Jan 2004, (Nov 2005 to May 2006).
Let's hope it to move soon!!! I do believe it will move after Oct 1, 2008.
