I have a similar question: My current AP exprirs on January 15, 2009, the Stamp on my AP when I entered US last time on Nov. 10th, 2008 is until Jan. 12 2009. And I am planing to leave to China again and come back to US on Jan. 14th. 2009. Is this AP still valid for my entrance to US on Jan. 14th. 2009?
