离职后公司是否会取消曾经递交的I140和I485申请?

在现公司(“A”)几年前递交了I140 和I-485(EB3)， 现I-485 PENDING， 即将换到
新公司(“B”)工作，新公司可能会再递交一份EB2申请。看到了这个帖子http://www..com/ym_article/FanLaw/31066185.html，担心A公司会取消EB3的I140 和I-485(那样的话我的麻烦就大了)。请问有什么对策？请指教或分享你的经验。谢谢!

I think what it means is that employer can revoke 140 but can't

不是很理解这样的问题，因为认识多个朋友都在485提交半年后跳槽了
