-Yes, the affidavits needs to be notarized by Notary Public and it is also needs to be translated into English if it is not in English. If the providers of the affidavits are in US, then they only needs to go to the Notary Public (e.g., the bank) to notarize their signature on the affudavit. I don't know whether the signature on the affidavit can be notarized in China like in US. If no, you may need to go to the 公证处 to do the entire 公证 and translation as you did before. By the way, the translation should be certified by the translator for translation accuracy. See this link for the translation requirements by USCIS:
