You can file 360 immediately after you have met the requirement. Unauthorized employment will, however, become an issue in the processing and adjudicating of 485. Luckily, in the context of employment based adjustment, 245(k) allows 180 days lapse of status. You should be fine if you are 245(k) eligible.
