请教8老师，绿卡renew 1-90 填表Part3, 问题1和2

绿卡renew， 1-90表Part 3，item 1 and 2 如下。 找不到获得绿卡时的文件，不记得是哪个location了。 问题1，我是在境内adjustment of status的，location填什么？问题2，是在境内granted lawful permanent resident status， location 填什么？ 谢谢！ 

Item Number 1. Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status. 

Item Number 2. Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status.
