140已经批准，在等待递交485。请问现在可以转换到新的职位吗（公司不变）？新的职位job title and job responsibilities 和140申请的职位有区别。140申请的是软件开发，新的职务一半软件开发，一半business operation and management。如果换到新职位，perm和140要重新申请吗？

-Your new job has to be in the same field as the old one, i.e., within the same occupational classification as the old one, not have to have exact the same responsiblities as the old job. If "一半business operation and management" is in the software development (软件开发) area, I think it should be fine and you do not need to do the PERM and I-140 all over again, especially you still work in 软件开发 with 50% load.
