我2019年8月给我母亲办亲属移民， 2020年6月I-130批准。 后来因为COVID的关系， 没有继续办下去。随着疫情的变好， 准备继续办下去，但是， 前几天刚刚得到国务院的通知， 她的所有申请材料已经销毁。 请问如果想继续办下去， 怎么办。 是不是得从I-130 开始申请起， 以前批准的I-130是否还有效。

-Normally, if your mother does not submit the DS 260 application for immigrant visa to NVC within one year from the date NVC ask you to submit the application and pay the fee, then NVC will terminate/close your case in NVC. Then, they will request USCIS to revoke your approved I-130 after two years.

So, you may contact USCIS to see whether your appoved I-130 has been revoked. If no, you may file I-824 to USCIS to ask them to forward the approved I-130 to NVC to process it again.

Another choice is that you may just file a new I-130 for your mother and ignore the previous I-130.
