我们4月提交485到TSC, 5月打了指纹，6月主副都被送至NBC。7月副申被送至夏威夷field office, 今天查主申的485，被Emma告知在TSC处理，感觉很困惑，怎么又回来了？而不是field office？ 是不是有点不正常？请8老师指点有什么可能性？
