8老师及各位大侠：父母以前有绿卡，十年前回国未再来美，三月份 file I-407 放弃绿卡，但至今未收到回复。如何可以查询确认绿卡已注销？

-USCIS will send your parents the I-407 approval notice (i.e., endorsed (processed) I-407) when it is approved. This endorsed I-407 is the proof of their abandonment of green card. They can provide the copy of it when they apply for a non-immigrant visa (e.g., B2 nisa) or green card again. The process of I-407 normally takes about two months or more (not include mailing time to or from outside of the United States).
