父母在国内，递交I30后已经Approve， 收到NVC信件要求第二步递交财务资料，父亲是政府机关退休干部70多岁了，现在护照全部上交政府，没办法拿到。不知道有啥办法？

-Talk to the local 公安局 to apply for the private passport. If the Chinese Government limit your father to go out of the China due to some kind of reasons, you cannot do anything about it.

I130 Approval 后如果不进行第二步，会过期吗？

-Yes. Normally, NVC will terminate your father's case if he does not provide the required documents within one year from the date NVC inform you to provide these documents. Then, your father has another year to request to reinstate the case. If your father does not request  the recovery of the case, then NVC will suggest USCIS to revoke your approved I-130.

不知国内这种护照政策啥时会变，有没有移民律师有经验接这类案件？ 先谢了！
