请教8老师给父母交485表同时申请回美证131表格上是选advanced parole还是reentry permit？

父母现在在美国了，130表已交，准备交485同时交131表

I-131表格里面Part 2第一个问题是选1d，对么？

Part 3里 Intended departure date 如果没有确定怎么填？现在表格只能填日期，不能填TBD，一定要先选一个日期填的话，选个半年之后可以么？然后expected length of trip填个30天，可以么

另外，如果父母不打算在美国工作，是不是就不用申请EAD了？ 直接Part 8 选no？
