8年前拿J2签证申请过I-765获得工卡。

1. 需要提交旧工卡的复印件？
-If you still have it, just provide the copy. If you do not have it, then do not need to provide it.
2. 需要在I-765 Addition Information解释8年前申请过工卡？
-Not need.
