这个EAD是交485时同时交的765，今天看到EAD状态改为“New Card Is Being Produced”

1）是不是上个月刚renew完的H1B就作废了？

-No. If you do not use the EAD to work, your H-1 status is still valid.

2）是不是拿到这个EAD后可以在同一家公司，同一部门换工作职务了，比如工程师换成经理？

-It will affect your I-485 if your responsibilities on your new position are substantially different from your old position. So, you had better diiscuss it with your lawyer before you change position.

3）家属（H4，没申请H4  EAD）交485时也同时交了765 EAD，目前状态没变，如果他的EAD下来后是否可以工作？

-Yes, your spouse can use the EAD to work.

4）目前485程序做完指纹，下一步是什么，大概多久？

-Depends on whether your priority date is still current based on A form. Hard to predict.
