麻烦8老师，我上次提供的信息不完整。

USCIS only returned I-130 application materials, but didn't return I-485 & I-131. 
When resubmitting, does he only need to send I-130 application with a check back, or does he need to send the entire applications including I-485 & I-131 with three checks?

-The check of $1,225 for the I-485 filing is correct and the check of $535 is also correct. So, USCIS should have not rejected the I-130. Even if they rejected your I-130, thye should have return your payment.

The only thing wrong is the I-131 filing fee. I-131 filing is free with I-485 filing and thus, you do not need to pay I-131 filing fee. So, USCIS should have been rejected your I-131 application and the payment, not rejected the I-130. Obviously USCIS rejected the wrong application.
