-No.

毕竟到了最后阶段。NVC面试通知可能会比485更快到。但全家都在美国。实在不想一个人在加拿大等。。。

应该是 yes or no??我先生是在美国递交的I824给USCIS.

-It seems you completed the immigrant visa application such as filed DS 260, I-864,  provided all the suport documents and paid the fee. If so, say "Yes" and pur "Pending" or "Withdrawn" (if you withdrew it) in Item 3 Decision of Part 3 and then, briefly describe the case in Part 14. Additional Information.

3）我可以申请B2延期吗？

-You can, but it will be denied.  You can file I-485 before your B2 expired. By the way, you cannot file I-485 within 90 days from the day you entered US as B2 tourist (90-day rule).

因为我有移民倾向，B2很有可能被拒
