多谢8老师！我父亲退休近20年了，退休后啥党内活动都没参加。所列问题的回答（如参加多少活动，党支部情况等等）都是20年前的。都需要写么？

-Yes, then address when he stopped paying the Party member fee, stopped particiopated the Party acitivties. He had ebbter ask his Party group leader or Party branch secretary to write a letter explaing that he was considered to quit the Party from what day because he did not participate the Party activities and did not paid the membership fee, etc.

-No. You need to write it by yourself. USCIS have known this kidn of trick so called  样本 which is not convincing.
